Community Organizing Alliance (COA) is a social justice, civic engagement organization that centers the voices and experiences of BIPOC & low-income Mainers to ensure they are empowered and engaged in their communities.
We are excited to have launched our first program, Listening, Education and Organizing (LEO) in the Lewiston-Auburn and Greater Portland Area!
COA work is centered around everyday hard working Americans, whether you’re new to the country or have lived in our country for generations.
