Engagement Coordinator
CAP is seeking a dedicated Engagement Coordinator to lead activities and workshops with youth, community members, and partners. This permanent, year-round role involves policy advocacy and grassroots efforts at state and local levels, including conducting 1:1 meetings, co-facilitating trainings, and driving voter turnout and civic engagement. The Coordinator will also recruit and manage volunteers for canvassing and phone banking during election seasons. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-person work with options for remote days. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to social, racial, and economic justice, strong communication skills, and experience in community organizing or campaigns.
